Range of application:

WPC construction templates are widely used in the construction industry, especially apply to the level templates of high-rise buildings,shear walls,vertical wallboard,bridges,dams and tunnels and beam-column templates and so on.

Operating requirements:

1. Wood beam and the distance: the wood surface should be flat, wood side 50*100 mm or 100*100 mm, the wood spacing of the cast-in-situ roof is 200-250 mm; wood spacing of the columns,shear walls is 150 mm (can be adjusted according to actual situation).

2. The requirement for the saw blades of the cutting board: choose the fine-tooth alloy saw blade, speed of revolution 4000 rev/ min , in order to ensure that the exact size of the template and the saw side vertical.

3. Requirements for nails: choose nail with the length 40-45 mm, the nail spacing should be 600 mm.

4. Dismantling formwork requirements:When removing the form tap with a wooden hammer can release the form, remove the first piece, and then remove amplified.The removed templates free fall to the ground is strictly prohibited. After the dismantlement the surface should be promptly cleaned up, no need any reatment, the underlying wooden corner stacked in alignment.
